Custom Fabricaton Services
Here at Chet's Automotive we specialize
in work that many other shops will not attempt. One of our goals
is to do the custom work and fabrication that your normal shop chooses
not to. We have the tools and fabrication skills to make custom
exhausts, specialized chassis mounts, universal transmission mounts,
tailor designed bumpers and step sides, one-off trailer hitches (or
custom trailers as well) and just about any other thing your vehicle
may need. We have even built a race car in the past that can be
seen in our slide show. We also are currently helping build a car
that will be raced at the Bonneville Salt Flats in August of 2010.
We also design and fabricate items for non-vehicle related projects for customers in the construction field, marine applications or small engine items such as tractors.
Our shop has welding equipment, lathes, tubing benders, hydraulic presses and much more to create just about any custom piece you may need. We also have large portable welders by Lincoln such as the one you see below left on this page so we can come to you if we have to in order to fix a problem.

One shows the automotive projects and custom vehicles we have worked on our built for our customers and the other shows some of the custom fabrication work we have done as well.
